Nainital Lake Tour & Kaichi Dham

After breakfast drive for lake tour of Nainital. Kaichi Dham (Baba neem Karoli temple) & Nainital is the main tourist attraction. Here Naini Lake is famous for boating (Half an hour ride), Bhimtal is about 25 kilometers from Nainital. It is the largest lake among Nainital Lake Tour, Sattal (seven lakes) is about 25 kilometers from Nainital. As name suggests is a group of seven lakes interconnected, Naukuchiatal is about 30 kilometers from Nainital. It is 9 cornered lakes. Back to hotel.

Nainital Local sightseeing (own cost)

After breakfast check out the hotel proceed for sightseeing tour, beginning with boating on the famous Nainital Lake-Naini Lake (at your own cost) and visit to the holy Naina Devi Temple. After that, visit famous tourist spots like Tiffin Top, Naina Peak, Cave Garden, Bara Pathar, Lover's Point, Lands End, Naina Peak etc. (sightseeing will be covered as per time permitting). In the evening, enjoy shopping at the Mall Road. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Note: - All other state cabs or higher seating vehicle are allowed upto Nainital Parking only. For local sightseeing in Nainital guest has to take local vehicle for sightseeing from Nainital Union on direct payment basis.

Nainital to Corbett (70 Kms - 3 Hours)

After Breakfast, drive to Corbett. The park was named after Jim Corbett, the legendary hunter-naturalist turned author and photographer who spent most years of his life in this area and helped set up this park. On Arrival transfer to hotel and check in. enjoy your resort.

Corbett Park to Jeep Safari

Early morning enjoy jungle safari at the Corbett National Park (at your own cost). Return to the resort for breakfast. In the afternoon, visit Corbett Wildlife Museum, garjiya temple, Corbett fall, Hanuman temple Dhikala which offers an awesome uninterrupted panoramic view of the valley. Back to the resort. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Corbett Tiger Reserve: India's first national park, cradled in the foothills of the Himalayas at 3300 feet asl, spreads over an area of 520 sq km. The magnificent Ramganga River flows through the entire length of the Park. Corbett has the highest density of tiger in India. Other carnivores include the leopard, elephant, bear, deer. Basking along the banks of the Ramganga are the slender snouted gharial and the marsh crocodile. There are watch towers, elephant safaris and jeep safaris for wildlife viewing.

Corbett to Ranikhet (80 kms 2-3 hrs)

Morning drive to drive to Ranikhet, on arrival Ranikhet check in at the hotel. Later visit local sightseeing i.e. Haida khan Babaji Temple (4kms.), Chaubatia Gardens(10kms.), Bhalu Dam (3kms.), Jhula Devi Temple (7kms.), Mankameshwar Temple, Kalika Temple(5kms.) Tari khet Village (8kms.), Mohakhali (13kms.) etc. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Ranikhet:- Ranikhet reflects the very best of the heavenly Himalayas, their lush green forests, majestic mountain peaks, exotic plant life and attractive wild life. To see nature and its elements in full harmony, the right place to be is Ranikhet. According to a popular belief, this spot had won the heart of Rani Padmini, queen of Raja Sudhardev. She chose this scenic place to be her abode and since then, it has come to be known as Ranikhet, literally “Queen's Field". At an altitude of 1829mtres, above sea level, the invigorating mountain breeze, the singing of birds, the panoramic view of the Himalayas - the sights, sounds and smells leave the onlooker spellbound. During the rains, flowers sprout up everywhere in rainbow colours, branches of tress stoop with ripened fruits and sunlight peeping through the mist and clouds, endow an enchanting effect all across Ranikhet. As winter comes, the softly falling snowflakes cover the environs in sheets of pure whiteness.

Ranikhet to Kausani (60 Kms – 2-3 Hours)

After breakfast check out from hotel transfer to kausani check in the hotel evening visit shopping area & markets overnight stay.

Kausani:- Kausani Standing 1890 mts. above the sea level, Kausani is nature's own reserve. Even the father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi had contemplated on the beauty of the region. Several snow- capped peaks stand in a stately row, over 300 kms. in length, shining against the azure sky making the horizon as seen from Kausani and enviable spectacle. The glory of the snow crowned Himalayan range reaches its pinnacle when the sunrays turn them into crimson and gold. Mahatma Gandhi, who spent 12 days in 1929 at Kausani, penned his memorable commentary on the Gita-Ana-Shakti Yoga inspired by the scenic grandeur of this richly gifted spot. Have dinner and rest for the night at kausani.

Kausani Local

After Breakfast, this morning, wake up to the wide expanse of the famous Katyur Valley to experience the Kausani sunrise. Visit the 12th century Baijnath Temple (if missed on arrival day) and Kausani tea plantation. Also visit Anashakti Ashram where Mahatama Gandhi stayed for few days. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Kausani to Pant Nagar (170 kms 5-6 hrs.)

After breakfast check out the hotel transfer to Airport/Railway station. toward your destinations tour end with sweet memories.
