The Do Dham Yatra refers to a pilgrimage in the Indian state of Uttarakhand, visiting two of the holiest temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu: Kedarnath and Badrinath. These two revered shrines are part of the Char Dham circuit, which also includes Yamunotri and Gangotri, but the term "Do Dham" specifically focuses on the first two, Kedarnath,Badrinath.
Pickup from Dehradun Airport / Railway Station & proceed for Haridwar. On arrival check into hotel, freshen up & relax. If time permits visit Mansadevi Temple, Chandidevi Temple by cable car on your own, Daksha Mahadev Temples & Others. Also visit Har-ki-Pauri for Ganga Aarti. The 'Aarti' worship of the Ganga after sunset and the floating 'dia' (lamp) is a moving ritual. Back to your hotel, Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast check out the hotel transfer to Guptakashi Enroute visit Devprayag, Maa Dhari Devi Temple, Rudraprayag. Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini River comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi. On arrival Check in at the Hotel, freshen up. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast proceed to Sonprayag, Trek starts from Sonprayag to Kedarnath (3584 mts) by pony / Doli. Tour members should carry personal medicines, heavy woollen, toiletries and clothes for an overnight halt at Kedarnath. On arrival check into hotel, freshen up & Visit Kedarnath Temple. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
Early morning you get up before dawn and after taking bath you are at the temple by 4:45 am for the 'Abhishek’ to Kedarnath Shiva. Everyone can go inside Garbha Griha and touch the idol. You can also prostrate with your head touching the deity etc. After Temple Darshan trek down to Sonprayag. Further drive to Guptkashi. Check in Hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast drive to Badrinath via Joshi math. On arrival check in hotel. Later at evening visit Badrinath Temple for Aarti. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
Early morning, pilgrims after having a bath in the Tapt Kund have the Darshan of Badri Vishal. Brahma Kapal is significant for PinddanShraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There is another interesting sightseeing spot like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhim Kund and the "Mukh" of the Saraswati River. Just within the three kms of Badrinath Jee. Later drive back to Rudraprayag via Joshi math. On arrival check in hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast proceed for Haridwar Railway Station drop. Tour ends with pleasure memory.
